Here at RiverPoint UMC we have 2 Halls available for rental. They are Owens Fellowship Hall & The Praise Courtyard Hall. We have both Single Use (for parties and gatherings) & Long Term Building Use (for groups such as Scouts, Support Groups, Exercise groups, etc.).
Owens Fellowship Hall has a kitchen that may be used (except for the steam table, commercial dishwasher, and griddle. These require special instructions that are not available to the public). Note: this hall is NOT air conditioned.
The Praise Courtyard Hall IS air conditioned.
The Sanctuary is also available for use, but arrangements must be made for it prior to the event. Note: it is NOT air conditioned.
RPMUMC will make the following available during your rental (if needed): Tables, chairs, drink dispensers (renters must provide their own paper products)
There are restrooms with baby changing stations available. The Nursery is not available unless prior arrangements have been made.
The following is NOT permitted on Church Grounds:
Smoking (there is a designated area outside)
Gambling (raffles, bingo, games of chances, playing cards, etc.)
Alcoholic beverages
